Collection requirement
If you have received a collection requirement it means you have got into the hands of a collection agency due to a missed payment. A collection requirement will cost you 160 SEK, and to avoid the debt increasing further, it is important that you contact us prior due date at +46 (0) 42 450 32 99 and we'll help you get out of debt through a payment plan. You can also choose to pay all or parts of the debt directly via the invoice which comes along with the collection requirement. If you choose not to contact us at all, it can be talk of legal action as a consequence.
In addition to the collection cost at 160 SEK, you are also obliged by law to pay interest and reminder cost. If you believe something is wrong with the collection requirement you must object by letter before due date.
