What does payment of enforcement mean?

If you do not pay your debt, we can apply for payment of enforcement. They will then send out a letter to you together with a service receipt that you should immediately sign and send back to the enforcement authority as proof that you received their letter. You will then have approximately 10 days for you to pay your debt, or contact us for a payment plan. In order to withdraw the case from enforcement we usually like that you make a "major" one-time payment, how much that amount should be is something that we will agree when you contact us.

In the cases you do not pay your debt, the enforcement authority will determine liability for your debt and issue a rash in order for payment. This ruling is proof that the debt is real and can then be passed on to the part of enforcement as the recovery of debts. You will also get a non-payment registration that can make it harder for you to borrow money, to change residence or to obtain telephone subscriptions.

Although we have left the matter to the enforcement authority it does not mean that it is too late for you to contact us, you always have everything to gain by contacting us.
